The IT business is one of constant change. If businesses are to survive today, they must be prepared to embrace change, must demonstrate enormous flexibility, be willing to adapt as required, and be more innovative than ever before. For the past 17 years, WMD Scandinavia has been helping companies across a whole spectrum of industries transform their operations using digital solutions and optimising critical business processes. As digital change agents, we’ve decided it’s about time we got a taste of our own medicine! As part of our development strategy, and to ensure that we can continue to provide support to our clients throughout the Nordic region, we have changed our name and will now operate as xSuite Nordic ApS.
We operate throughout the Nordic region, speak 6 different languages, and have our headquarters in Hamburg with subsidiaries in 5 countries – on 3 continents.
So, yes, as well as being proud of our Nordic roots, you could say we consider ourselves to be quite international. We’ve replaced WMD Scandinavia, as we’ve been known by for the past 17 years, with a name that is catchier, has a more international ring to it, and more accurately reflects who we are, and what we do. We are still, however, a modern, IT consultancy service and software house – and remain a market leader in our field.
Optimising day-to-day operations
Our core expertise is our in-depth knowledge of digital automation and our ability to optimise internal processes using SAP. We have 25 years of experience in asking the right questions – ones that focus strongly on the company’s business processes, so we can provide expert advice on the optimal digital solutions available and the best way of managing a company’s critical documents.
Our clients, who operate both in the public as well as private sectors, range from SMB’s to some of the largest companies in the Nordic countries. But no matter what size they are, our primary goal is virtually the same in every case; to help companies optimise their day-to-day operations, digitalise and automate internal company processes in order to create optimal transparency across departments.
Words such as security, effectivisation, and productivity may sound like something only the finance manager would be interested in. But when it actually means, that employees will be able to reduce the amount of time spend handling documents, that the quality of contract handling will improve, and client satisfaction levels will remain high, then surely that’s enough to make any manager happy. What’s equally important, in our opinion, is that it also gives employees a better overview of internal processes and streamlines their tasks, freeing up time for other, perhaps more important, jobs and responsibilities.
To sum up, our focus areas are:
